The Visible God: Navigating Life with Jesus at the Center

The Church today feels the pressure all around us to conform to the ways of our culture. How do we stay faithful to God, yet reach the next generation? This dilemma is not new; it’s a question that has been asked for centuries in the Christian Church. This summer we are going to explore Paul’s letter to the Colossians. A church Paul has never met, yet after receiving news of their faithfulness, Paul is compelled to encourage this church to develop a greater devotion to Jesus, rather than giving in to the cultural pressure around them. The book of Colossians can and will challenge us to become more devoted to Jesus in a culture that wants to pull us away.
